Welcome to Taste of Maroc
Taste of Maroc invites you to explore Moroccan cuisine, lifestyle, culture, and travel.
Food writer Christine Benlafquih founded Taste of Maroc to share and preserve her extensive collection of Moroccan recipes and tutorials. Many of these were written while she was the Moroccan food expert at About.com from 2008 to 2016. You’ll also find contributions from Nada Kiffa, the food writer behind the recipe collection at Ainek Mizanek.
While traditional Moroccan food is our primary emphasis, there’s so much more to sample in Morocco than its fabulous cuisine. To that end, we’ll add practical guides and articles related to Moroccan lifestyle, culture, travel, living in Morocco, and more.
Check back often to browse the latest recipes and articles, and be sure to sign up for our email list to keep up to date with recent postings and seasonal content.
