Launched in 2017, Taste of Maroc serves as a new home for Christine Benlafquih’s extensive Moroccan recipe collection and tutorials originally published between 2008 and 2016 while she was the Moroccan Food expert at About.com, and Nada Kiffa’s vast collection of Moroccan and international recipes originally published at her blog Fleur d’Oranger, Masala & Co. Recipes and articles are being updated and given a fresh new look with an easy-to-use print function and a built-in adjustable serving feature that will calculate ingredient quantities based on the number of servings you want. You can switch back and forth between US standard and metric measures, and we’ve included nutritional data to make balanced meal planning an easier task.
While traditional, authentic Moroccan food is our primary emphasis, there’s so much more to sample in Morocco than its fabulous cuisine. To that end, we’ll be adding practical guides and articles related to Moroccan lifestyle, culture, travel, expat living and more.
